The culinary album “AegeanCuisine” is ideal for those who love the Aegean culture and way of life. Diane Kochilas presents the traditional island cuisine, which can be created in your home with easy recipes from the pure ingredients produced in the Cyclades and the Dodecanese.
“AegeanCuisine” includes dozens of popular recipes and also some rarer dishes. There are ideas for every occasion: from the simplest tasty wine mezedes to special dishes to catering family gatherings and parties, and a rich selection of desserts.
One chapter describes the wide variety and the characteristics of island products, such as the countless local types of cheese, pastas, vegetables and of course the wines which are an inseparable part of the Aegean gastronomic culture.
The edition is bilingual (Greek-English), implemented by the Centre For Business & Technological Development of the South Aegean (KETA). This initiative aims to highlight and promote Aegean cuisine, the local products and the exceptional selection of island wines.
